1. Accounts & Legal Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or browse under legal guardian supervision. You are solely responsible for maintaining account and password confidentiality.
2. Orders, Pricing & Shipping
• All prices are in EGP and subject to periodic updates.
• Shipping fees are finalized and confirmed via WhatsApp with the official itemized invoice prior to dispatch.
⚠️ تنبيه مالي مهم: في حالة طلب العميل استرجاع أو استبدال أي منتج، يتحمل العميل بالكامل مصاريف شحن الإرجاع والتوصيل ذهاباً وإياباً، ويتم خصمها من أصل المبلغ المسترد وفقاً لسياسة الاسترجاع المعتمدة.
3. Anti-Fraud & Prohibited Conduct
Any use of automated bots, coupon exploitation, wallet manipulation, or fraudulent orders is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action and balance confiscation.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, visuals, and UI code on Shoppin Officiall are exclusive intellectual property protected by international copyright laws.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any legal disputes shall be settled exclusively in Cairo courts.
